Anticoagulation update for 2020 and what's changed during COVID 19

Presenter: Zachary Liederman

Biography:

Dr. Zach Liederman obtained his MD from McMaster University in 2012. Following that, Dr. Liederman completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Queen’s University in 2015 and his Adult Hematology Residency at the University of Toronto in 2017. Dr. Liederman was appointed as the Alexandra Yeo Fellow in Thrombosis and Hemostasis, and recently completed his 2-year Fellowship in September of 2019. In August of 2019, Dr. Liederman completed his Master of Science in Community Health from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. 

 Dr. Liederman is appointed as a Clinician Teacher and, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He has an interest in medical education and a clinical focus in thrombosis and general hematology.
